All items are shipped within 1-2 business days after order is placed and payment is cleared. Should there be any problems in processing the order, we will contact the customer to resolve this immediately. If for any reason an order is unable to be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted with alternative options or a full refund will be issued.
EZ Motoring ships with Fedex and the US Postal Service. We reserve the right to ship with either of these services at our discretion. A tracking number will be provided upon the shipping of the order. Please be advised that US Postal Service tracking numbers are not as up to date as other shipping companies, and we ask that the customer be patient when tracking their packages shipped through the US Postal Service.
Can I have a package shipped to a different address?
We normally only ship to the same address as the billing address of the credit card used or if paying by paypal, the verified address. However, we understand that some of our customers buy our products as gifts that must be shipped to other addresses. If this is the case, please state in the notes that the package is a gift.
We currently offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees will be applied to international shipments. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with international shipments.
*International shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Duties and Taxes are the customers’ responsibility and are non-refundable in any case.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California within 1-2 business days, barring exceptions. Transit times will vary depending on delivery location. Transit can take 2-7 days. EZ Motoring is not responsible for delivery delays due to bad weather conditions or wrong addresses. However, we will do our best to notify the customer of any delays to the delivery of the package when possible.
Do you offer express shipping?
We offer express and air shipping upon request only. The shipping fees will be charged to the customer. All express shipping costs are custom and you must contact us before placing the order to receive a quote. UPS and USPS shipping rates may differ as well as guaranteed shipping times. We will do our best to inform customers of the differences in shipping services.
Can all my items be shipped in one package?
We will pack and ship all items in as few packages as possible. We keep the safety of the packaged item in mind and will take the means necessary to ensure the product is not damaged during shipping, this means that we may need to split up bigger packages in order to properly pack the contents.
The tracking information says the package is delivered, but I don't see it.
This can happen on rare occasions where the tracking information says the package was delivered, but the customer does not see the package. Please check around your house or with your apartment attendant for the package. If you are unable to find your package please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper to have them attempt to search for the package and properly deliver it. This process may take a few days and we ask that you be patient during the process. If in the case that the shipper is unable to locate the package, they will contact us and we will contact the customer for alternative options.
*If you believe you are in an area that may run the risk of losing a package while you are not home, you may request a signature confirmation with the delivery at the time of placing the order.
